How Billing Works

Structured for activation first, usage second

The sponsor makes the initial setup payment on behalf of the incarcerated person during onboarding.

After activation, VoIP Trades fees and charges are deducted from the incarcerated person’s brokerage account by ACH.

A mailed monthly statement summarizes the fees collected by VoIP Trades.

Brokerage-provider fees, postage, and any outside institutional requirements are separate from VoIP Trades pricing where applicable.
